Plain-language reservation terms for Zantray Car Rental. The signed rental agreement controls each booking.
Bring a valid driver’s licence, passport or government-issued identification, reservation confirmation and the agreed payment method. Eligibility and permitted drivers must be confirmed before vehicle handoff.
Reservation and payment
A reservation request becomes confirmed only after vehicle availability is accepted, the required 25% deposit is verified and Zantray sends confirmation. The remaining 75% is due at pickup before handoff. A three-day minimum applies to published self-drive rentals.
Use of the vehicle
Only approved drivers may operate the vehicle. Permitted territory, mileage, fuel, insurance, damage responsibility, late return and prohibited uses are stated in the signed agreement. Ask for written approval before changing routes, dates or drivers.
