How Zantray handles information submitted through its reservation and payment forms.
Zantray collects booking details needed to answer requests, verify payments, coordinate vehicle handoff, provide support, prevent fraud and meet legal or accounting duties.
Data and processors
Information may include name, contact details, dates, locations, vehicle choice, payment status and wallet transaction reference. PayPal processes card/payment credentials; Zantray should not receive or store a customer’s full card number. Email and hosting providers process messages and site requests on Zantray’s behalf.
Choices and retention
Customers may request access, correction or deletion by emailing info@zantrayoperations.com, subject to legal, fraud-prevention and transaction-record requirements. This policy will be updated when analytics or additional processors are activated.
