Insurance and damage responsibility must be confirmed for the assigned vehicle and renter before payment.
Zantray does not make a blanket online promise that every loss, driver, passenger, route or event is covered. The written quotation and signed agreement must identify applicable protection, exclusions, deductibles and customer responsibility.
Questions to ask
Ask who may drive, what territory is allowed, whether collision, theft, third-party liability, glass, tires and roadside events are covered, and what deductible or security deposit applies. Ask what documents are required after an incident.
Your own coverage
Credit-card or travel coverage may exclude Haiti, older vehicles, SUVs, unpaved roads or certain payment methods. Obtain written confirmation from the insurer instead of assuming coverage.
