Fuel, Damage & Vehicle Condition Policy
Review fuel and vehicle condition at pickup and return to prevent misunderstandings.
The pickup record should state the fuel level, mileage, accessories and existing condition. Return obligations are governed by the signed agreement.
Fuel
Confirm the required return fuel level before leaving. Keep fuel receipts when requested. Do not use an incompatible fuel. Charges for a fuel shortfall, delivery or refueling must follow the agreement.
Damage and incidents
Photograph the vehicle at pickup and return. Report collisions, theft, vandalism, warning lights and damage immediately. Do not promise payment, authorize repairs or abandon the vehicle without instructions except where immediate safety requires it.
