Cancellation & Refund Policy
Understand the reservation deposit, nonrefundable portion and how cancellation requests are reviewed.
The reservation deposit is 25% of the rental total. Ten percent of the full rental total is designated nonrefundable; this equals 40% of the 25% deposit. Any refundable balance depends on the cancellation terms shown at checkout and in the confirmation.
How to cancel
Send the reservation reference and cancellation request by WhatsApp or email. Zantray will confirm the effective cancellation time and calculate any refund under the accepted booking terms. Payment-provider or currency-conversion fees may not be recoverable.
Changes and disruptions
Date or vehicle changes depend on availability and may change the price. If Zantray cannot provide the confirmed vehicle or an accepted substitute, the company will communicate the remedy applicable to that reservation in writing.
