Bring a valid driver’s licence, government-issued ID or passport, reservation confirmation and the agreed payment method. Confirm driver eligibility and any additional document requirement before paying.
A 25% reservation deposit secures the vehicle and dates. The remaining 75% is due at pickup. If a reservation is cancelled, 10% of the total rental price is non-refundable.
The pickup record and signed agreement should state the fuel level and required return level. Confirm the rule before leaving and photograph the gauge.
Ask Zantray about the exact delivery address. Availability, meeting point and any delivery fee must be confirmed in writing before payment.
